The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is the ultimate accolade for customer service, recognising Ecoblaze's continued exceptional customer service throughout 2023. To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews throughout 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 – which we’ve done.

This award is in recognition of our exceptional customer service and fantastic products, reviewed over a period of twelve months. If at any point our service level fell below excellent during the year, we wouldn’t qualify for it. This shows that we consistently go over and above, year after year. We love what we do, and our customers do as well!
